Cleaning Is The Last Work of the Year 

The end of December is a very busy time of year because we have to clean the house in order to welcome happiness. We think that a lot of gods will come to our house at the New Year carrying happiness. Cleaning shows our gratitude for the fact that we have not had any accidents this year. Therefore, we clean our house and decorate the entrances at the end of December. This is done not only to our houses but also to a lot of offices and factories. We prepare the New Year card for our friends and our relations in order for it to be delivered at the New Year morning. On the last day of December, we eat noodles to desire happiness and health for a long time like the noodle; Japanese noodles are longer than Italian pasta. 

I went to Taiwan on a business trip last week. Therefore, I was not able to help my wife with cleaning our house. I have not prepared the New Year card yet. I will not expect to deliver it at the New Year morning. But it is natural for me not to prepare everything every year before the New Year.
